COVID-19 Update
At Allmac Home Inspections, we understand the uncertainty surrounding COVID-19. We are taking steps to provide a quality Home inspection, while keeping the health and safety of our customers at the highest priority. While we continue to monitor information from The CDC and local officials, Allmac will continue to conduct inspections on a case by case basis, so long as buyers and sellers are willing to have us in their home. Please find the information below in our response to COVID-19.
- We ask that all parties in attendance practice safe social distancing and remain 6 feet apart at all times. We ask that clients do not shake hands with the inspector.
- We ask that a limited number of people attend the inspection and if anyone in this inspection process is sick in anyway, we ask that you do not attend the inspection.
- Our Inspector will apply hand sanitizer, rubber gloves and a mask before entering the home.
- We encourage that all attending parties do the same if possible.
- The Inspector will be available for conferencing after the inspection, should a client not be able to attend.
- We will continue to provide a complete and thorough inspection while keeping the health of all parties involved a top priority.
